Boneless skinless chicken breast, finely chopped-2 cups
Sweet corn- 1 tin
Corn flour-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ajinomoto-1 tsp (opt)
White pepper powder-1/4 tsp
- Combine 5 cups water or stock, sweet corn, salt, ajinomoto and white pepper powder and boil.
- When it boils, add chicken pieces and stir to break up chicken pieces and cook for 5 minutes.
- Thicken with corn flour mixed with water and boil for 1 minute.
- Reduce heat and add the beaten egg in a thin stream and stir slowly with a fork in one direction.
- Serve hot.
