Ingredients:
Potatoes-3 medium
Green Chillies-5 nos.
Ginger- 1" piece
Garlic-3 cloves
Salt- to taste
Curry leaves- few (optional)
Big Onion-1
Egg-1
Bread crumbs- 1 cup
Homemade Curry powder- 11/2 tsp OR (Cardamom-3, Pepper power-1tsp, Cloves-3, Cinnamon-1"piece-powered together)
Corriander leaves, chopped - 3tbsp(optional)
Oil- to fry
Method:

Method:
- Chop onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies.
- Boil the potatoes and mash it well.
- Heat 2tbsp oil in a frying pan and sauté onion, ginger, green chillies and curry leaves till light brown colour.
- Add minced meat and sauté till the meat turns light brown.
- Add curry powder and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and remove from fire.
- Keep it for 5 minutes to cool and add mashed potatoes. Mix well with hand.
- Form the mixture into desired shapes.
- Beat the egg with a fork adding 1 tbsp of water. Dip the cutlets in beaten egg and then roll them in breadcrumbs.
- Deep-fry the cutlets in oil.
