Peach & Mango Cheese Cake

This cheese cake was our New Year dessert. I planned to make it as a peach cheese cake and made the Peach sauce, kept it for cooling and went to do some other work. After sometime when I came back to the kitchen, only ¼ of my peach sauce was left as my little one had finished off the other ¾! Since I did not have any more peaches the only option left was to make some more sauce with mango puree and mix it with the remaining peach sauce….so that’s what I did and it tasted greatJ You can try this dessert with any topping made from fresh or canned fruits of your choice… I have already tried this with cherry, peach, strawberry and mango… try this delicious no bake, eggless dessert with your choice of fruit J

  14. Usually I won't go near Cheese Cake for the same reason I drink only skim milk... it's just too thick! But with all the fresh fruit on this and such a fresh look I might've eaten this entire piece!

  23. Hello, I've been trying to make this cake following your steps.. but i't failed..the cake isn't become solid/hard when i put on the fridge...i was wondering is it refrigerator or freezer..?how long must wait..?
my cake filling is not solid :( is it not enough something? or the filling must be blender?i mix it using spoon with my hand, and is the gelatin enough only 10 gms?

    1. Hi Vin Illusion,
I don't know where you went wrong while trying this recipe... I have made this several times without having any problem... You have to mix the filling with an egg beater or in blender not with spoon... and also 10 gram of gelatin is enough for this recipe....

    2. Hi Swapna, I second Vin.I made this today by following the recipe exactly as mentioned here.It tasted good.I blended it all well in mixie and refrigerated for more than 12 hours. it did not set and fell apart as i lifted the spring foam pan.was a disaster since it was made for my hubby's birthday :( luckily i had also made a plum cake which saved the day! I had used 39%medium fat cream.
I had used thick yogurt and substituted peach glaze with orange glaze.
I would really like to try this again. But can you help me trouble shoot.

      regs,
      Priya
